August 16, 2025: First Apples of the Season

1–2 minutes

To read

We have an exciting announcement: the first apples of the 2025 season have arrived! They didn’t even make us wait until September this year, it feels like Christmas came early 🌲 We have three varieties to kick off the autumn vibes while still in summer’s heat: sweet Gravenstein, tart Vasquez, and the fun little crabapples that everyone generally uses for baking due to their sour potency, but ours are actually just sweet enough to be snackable if you’re brave 😉 They’re fresh off the trees, so come snag a bag and taste for yourself!

If that weren’t enough, we’re also serving up pies 🥧We have your classic cherry pies, peach pies, and apple pies, and over on the savory side, we’ve got handmade chicken and pot roast pies. Step right up to the snack counter in the big red barn and give your taste buds a treat 🍴

For the weather this weekend, we’re actually looking at a cool down from the heatwave we’ve been going through, with today’s high at a very pleasant 74°, and tomorrow projected to hit 77°. Even the weather wants it to be fall already this weekend 🍂

We hope you’ll join us to enjoy this pre-official-season opener!
