First Apples of the Season!

Well folks, we can officially announce that we have apples sorted and for sale on our shelves! The first three varieties we’ve picked this season are Gravenstein, Gala, and our very own Vasquez apples–you can’t find this firm, tart apple anywhere but here at Parrish Ranch. As always, our apples are organically grown in the clean mountain air and soil of Oak Glen. We also have peaches and pears available alongside the apples, a perfect trio of summer fruit. We’ll keep you guys posted as we get more and more varieties of our apples harvested, sorted and on the floor, so stay tuned: apple season is beginning! first crop

And if you’ve never tried our cider before, you’re missing out–we can promise, one sip of it and you’ll never be able to appreciate grocery-store cider again 😉 The weather is forecasted to be absolutely lovely, and the park is always cool and shady, so if you’re feeling the end-of-summer blues, visit us up here and discover how much you’ve actually missed autumn!
