We’re happy to announce that we will be having our annual Light Up the Glen celebration on the last Saturday of November (the 28th this year) as always. Santa will arrive at 1 pm, and will be in the Christmas Corner taking wish-list requests from a safe distance until 4:30 pm. That’s when he’ll throw the switch and welcome the Christmas season to Parrish Ranch in a blaze of lights, and guests are then invited to enjoy a complimentary cup of hot cider, pressed fresh at the ranch.
The Desert Carolers (who are the original Lamplighter Carolers) will also return this year, and will be wandering the grounds with Christmas choruses for you to enjoy between 2 and 4 pm.
The ranch will be in full swing, with Angus McCurdy’s serving up their delicious tri-tip sandwiches, burgers, apple pies and more, and down at the barn we’ll be offering our snack-style goodies, like our New Zealand meat pies, nachos, and chili. Wildland Images Art Gallery has a wide array of art styles and subjects and is sure to have something that will appeal to everyone in your family. Up at Parrish House Antiques, you might find your next great treasure. And our two specialty shops, Granny’s Attic and Etc, are a toy store and a fine home goods store respectively, so if you’re looking for ideas to round out your Christmas list without resorting to gift cards, we might have the solution 😉
