Q: When is apple season?

A; Apple season is late August through late December, depending on the weather that year.

Q: Can we pick apples at Parrish Ranch?

A: We do not have U-Pick at the ranch, but during apple season, all varieties of our apples are available pre-bagged in the big red barn.

Q: What varieties of apples are currently available?

A: We keep a running commentary through blog posts on this site and Facebook updates regarding which apples are in the barn each weekend, and you can also call (909) 797-1753 to verify your favorite apples are on the shelves before coming up.

Q: When are the pirate shows?

A: We’ve received word from Captain Cutter that the pirates are remaining at sea indefinitely, partially because they’re trying their hands and hooks at the logistics game and may start hauling freight across the seas, and partially because they’ve made peace with Captain Morgan and don’t need to resume their struggle at Tortuga-on-the-Mountain.

Q: Is there a fee for admission?

A: There is no fee for admission to the grounds, and there is plenty of parking.

Q: Do you have a petting zoo?

A: Although we have a variety of farm animals at the ranch, they’re mostly introverts, so we do not open their pens to visitors. However, they love posing for the camera and may come over to the fence to sniff you, your children, or your pets.

Q: Are dogs/pets allowed?

A: Dogs and other pets are welcome to join you as you stroll the grounds, we just ask that you keep them clear of the picnic area in order to keep it free of droppings, and they will have to stay outside the actual shops in order to respect guests with allergies.

Q: Can we order products online?

A: Yes. We’re working on streamlining the process, but in the meantime you can place an order for your favorite non-perishable/non-alcoholic products by emailing your request to parrishranchstuff@gmail.com and including your phone number. A team member will follow up with you to confirm we have the product in stock and take payment over the phone.
