Happy Sunday, folks! We had freezing temperatures last night, leading to the parking lot becoming an ice rink. It’s not snow, so we can’t plow it, and it won’t be warm enough to melt it until much later this afternoon. Our lot is on a relatively steep grade, so out of an abundance of caution to keep everyone safe, we’re remaining closed today (January 7, 2024).
Happy 2024! Apple season has wrapped up, but we’re here all year! Our winter hours are Friday through Sunday, 10 – 5.
We have no snow yet this season, but we’re expecting some kind of precipitation on Sunday–whether that’s a chilly rain or a dusting of snow remains to be seen, so we’ll keep you posted π
It’s the last full Weekend before Christmas! We had a beautiful sunrise that’s turning into a lovely day.
If you’re struggling to find a gift for someone on your list, come browse our selections! We have lots of tasty goods in the barn, treasures and trinkets at Parrish House Antiques, fun toys and clothing at Granny’s Attic, fine home decor at Etc., and stunning artwork at Wildland Images.
And once you’ve shopped ’til you drop, come enjoy an apple burrito and cup of hot cider π
Howdy folks! We will be closed next Sunday and Monday for Christmas Eve and Christmas, which means this is the last full weekend to get your Christmas gifts from the ranch (although we WILL be open Saturday the 23rd for any last-minute shopping and cider needs). Come on up this Friday through Sunday to find that perfect gift for the hard-to-shop-for person on your list π
The days are getting shorter and the temps are falling–the holiday season is upon us! Mark your calendars for the last Saturday this month, November 25, when Parrish Ranch is hosting our annual Light Up the Glen Christmas festival πSanta arrives at 1PM to take Christmas orders, while L.P. 33 and an assortment talented musicians play live music from noon to 5PM. And at 5PM, Santa throws the switch and lights up the glen! It’s a great time and we hope you’ll join us π
It’s nearly the weekend again! Parrish Ranch is now open Friday through Sunday, and although we’re wrapped in clouds tonight, there’s no snow on the ground, and tomorrow is forecast to be sunny but chilly, with temps in the mid forties.
With so much sunshine this weekend, we’d love to be where you enjoy it, so come see what’s new!
