Our annual car show is already something to look forward to with all the cars, music, games, trophies, vendors, face-painting, and free pirate show, and now we’re adding something else to anticipate: Parrish House Antiques is having a soft opening on the day of the show (this Sunday), and they’re looking for vendors who’d like to rent space there for this coming apple season. So, come on up to the cooler mountain air of Oak Glen this Sunday, have some fun, eat an apple burrito, watch the pirates amaze everyone, and scope out not just the cars, but our newest shop as well…and maybe find your next business venture while you’re at it. We look forward to seeing you here!
We invite you to come up and honor with us the men and women who died while serving our country. Originally known as Decoration Day back in 1868 after the Civil War, Memorial Day came to be called by its present name when it became an official U.S. holiday in 1971. PBS will air the annual Memorial Day Concert from the West Lawn of the US Capitol on Sunday evening and we’ll be open Memorial Day weekend and Memorial Day itself. We hope to see you here.
Mother’s Day is Sunday, May 8th this year, and we’ve got all kinds of goodies to treat Mom to. Come up for an afternoon picnic in our park, where you can dine on warm apple crisp, sip fresh-pressed cider, and enjoy watching the alpacas in our farm-zoo as they frolic with the goats. There’s also Granny’s Attic, with an intriguing array of unusual gifts and toys, and Etc, where you’ll find exquisite home decor. Bring your mom and the whole family for a great time in your local mountains.
Parrish Ranch is back online! It took far too long for our tastes, but nevertheless here we are.
We hope you like the new look of our site, and will make it a point to come visit very soon. It’s apple blosssom season here, and everything is quite beautiful.
Please bookmark the site so you can come back often and check out the many new things and events we’ve got coming your way.
